Fox Hollow will be offering our Bed and Bistro Dinner. Add a gourmet dinner party to your reservation. Dinner might be for the two of you, a group of friends or meeting new friends. The dinner packages are only available October 15th through April 30th.
The Bed and Bistro Dinner for two to eight guests includes:
- A gourmet dinner followed with a decadent dessert
- An overnight stay and one of our signature breakfasts the following morning
- The price is $25 per person plus the price of the room.
Fox Hollow will be featuring a rotating menu of chicken, beef and pork dinners. Following is a sampling for our offerings.
Our deliciously creamy and cheesy Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas have just a touch of heat. They will be served with homemade salsa, chips and a salad of fresh Romaine and mixed baby greens. We will finish this tasty treat with a decadent dessert.
A classic Beef Stroganoff of tender beef strips, slow simmered in a mushroom-sour cream sauce will be served over a bed of warm egg noodles. This comfort food meal will include Nancy's freshly baked French bread, a fresh salad of Romaine and mixed baby greens and finished with a mouth watering dessert.
Creamy Chicken Pasta Rolls are festive enough for a special occasion dinner party. Lasagna noodles are filled with chicken, vegetable and cheese, rolled and topped with a smooth handcrafted chicken sauce. Oven baked until bubbly warm these rolls will be served with Nancy's freshly baked French bread and a salad of Romaine and mixed baby greens. Finish this lovely dinner with a decedent dessert.
Pork Medallions with Mushrooms and Rosemary are pieces of flattened pork tenderloin lightly breaded, and topped with a tasty mushroom-tomato sauce. These tender melt in your mouth medallions are served over angel hair pasta and complimented with a fresh seasonal vegetable and Nancy's home made bread. Save room for one of our decadent desserts.
Fox Hollow Italian night will feature Cheese filled Manicotti topped with our savory tomato-beef sauce and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. This dish is baked until bubbly hot and served with Nancy's fresh baked bread and a salad of fresh Romaine and mixed baby greens. A delicious dessert will finish this palate pleasing dinner.
